My perspective has been informed by over two decades of experience across the corporate sector, volunteer movements, grassroots communities, educational spaces, organization building efforts, and global collaborations.
My leadership experience has often involved navigating complex, high-stakes environments—from leading and personally volunteering in critical relief and rehabilitation efforts like during Uttarakhand Floods 2013, and spearheading volunteer engagement in large-scale initiatives like ‘Kumbh Sewa Mitra’ at the Prayagraj Kumbh 2019.
I was a contributor to global policy as part of the Civil 20 (C20) working group on Sewa during India’s G20 Presidency in 2023, and have facilitated organizational development and leadership programs internationally.
